Manor Lakes is master planned community located 40 minutes west of Melbourne.
Currently home to approximately 9,000 residents, Manor Lakes will cover approximately 750 hectares in area and house a population of more than 26,000 people when fully developed.

Facilities established at Manor Lakes include Manor Lakes Central shopping centre,Manor Lakes College, Our Lady of the Southern Cross Catholic Primary School and the Manor Lakes Community Learning Centre which accommodates a library, kindergarten and maternal and child health consulting rooms.
