Bald Hills is the northernmost suburb of the City of Brisbane. Bald Hills is a largely residential suburb. It is mostly surrounded by bushland, but in the last few years some of the bush areas have been cleared to
make way for new residential areas.
This suburb is the home of the Bald Hills-Lawnton Lions Cricket Club, as well as Ridge Hills United Football Club. There are two sought after schools in the suburb, Bald Hills State School and St Paul’s
School, an Anglican co-educational private school from Prep to Year 12. Bald Hills Primary School began teaching students in 1866 making it the fourth school to open in the state. The area is also home to the
breeding and training centre for Guide Dogs for the Blind Association of Queensland.
Bald Hills railway station provides access to regular Queensland Rail City network services to Brisbane as well as Kippa-Ring. There are also many buses serving the area. The suburb is crossed by both Gympie
Road and the northern end of the Gateway Motorway. The southern end of the Bruce Highway is located here as well. A desirable suburb providing families with a gateway to the Northern Bayside suburbs and
the Sunshine Coast.

How Much Is It?
Eligible FHBA first home buyer clients will be entitled to a 50% cash rebate on the total referral fees paid to FHBA (FHBA Pty Limited) from the new home provider you proceed with (should FHBA have a referral agreement with the provider)
The FHBA 50 Rebate will typically range from $2,500 to $12,000 depending on factors such as the property type, property location and property builder.
The rebate will be paid after the full referral fees are received by FHBA from the new homes provider first
To be eligible, the property must be from an FHBA new homes provider partner or approved by FHBA first:

A first home buyer couple meet an FHBA Coach and tell the Coach about their desired property. After working out their budget, the Coach show’s them a range of properties from FHBA’s New Homes partners. The QLD couple are interested in a house & land package through an FHBA partnered builder. The builder completes the sale with the client including some custom inclusions.
