Overview
Wollert, located about 26–27 km north of Melbourne’s CBD in the City of Whittlesea, is a large and rapidly expanding suburb, home to over 24,400 residents as of 2021. Originally farmland where dairying and brickmaking thrived, it’s now characterised by new housing estates, generous green spaces, and a strong family focus.
Wollert features several emerging amenity hubs. Aurora Village Shopping Centre, with a Coles and cafes, serves daily needs, while larger retail options like Pacific Epping, Craigieburn Central, and Northern Hospital are within a short drive. Community facilities include the Kirrip pop‑up library, Aurora Adventure Park, playgrounds, and sports reserves.

The suburb benefits from excellent road access via the Hume Freeway, Craigieburn Bypass, and Epping Road, enabling practical commutes to Melbourne. Public transport currently relies on bus links to nearby Epping and Craigieburn train stations . A proposed rail extension from Lalor to Wollert has been earmarked in state planning since 2017—including potential stations at Aurora and Wollert—but funding has yet to be secured

- You must agree to the full terms and conditions outlined in our client agreement new homes service before buying
How much is it?
Eligible FHBA first home buyer clients will be entitled to a 50% cash rebate on the total referral fees paid to FHBA (FHBA Pty Limited) from the new home provider you proceed with (should FHBA have a referral agreement with the provider)
The FHBA 50 Rebate will typically range from $2,500 to $12,000 depending on factors such as the property type, property location and property builder.
The rebate will be paid after the full referral fees are received by FHBA from the new homes provider first

The builder completes the sale with the client including some custom inclusions.
