Officer is suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 48 km south-east of Melbourne’s Central Business District, located within the Shire of Cardinia local government area.
There are various facilities in officer for recreation. There are two lighted AFL sporting grounds which also support Cricket. There are presently 5 recreational parks for walking and children’s playgrounds.
Currently there the major shopping precinct is Arena Shopping Centre. It has a mix of major retail and some smaller commercial outlets including the Officer Post Office, a Woolworths supermarket, a McDonald’s, a KFC and a Subway. How much is it?
Eligible FHBA first home buyer clients will be entitled to a 50% cash rebate on the total referral fees paid to FHBA (FHBA Pty Limited) from the new home provider you proceed with (should FHBA have a referral agreement with the provider)
The FHBA 50 Rebate will typically range from $2,500 to $12,000 depending on factors such as the property type, property location and property builder.
The rebate will be paid after the full referral fees are received by FHBA from the new homes provider first
