The City of Greater Geelong have commenced works on the constructed elements of the Sparrovale Wetlands which border Harriott to the North. This area will be home to a range of native flora and fauna and provide a natural asset for Harriott residents to enjoy just moments from their doorstep.
The Sparrovale Wetlands are a natural and constructed sustainable water system bordering Harriott to the North. Sparrovale forms part of the largest area of remaining native vegetation in the Geelong region and Harriott’s residents will benefit from a direct interface with this are of native flora and fauna.
Works are already underway on constructed elements with the City of Greater Geelong providing regular updates and consultation opportunities for the community.
The local shopping village has all you need: from dining to fitness. Just a short walk from Harriott, The Village Warralily includes a Woolworths, gym, cafes, a dentist and medical centre, family-friendly dining options and – coming soon – and ALDI.
A short drive away from Geelong – now a growing, bustling city thriving in innovation and business – life at Harriott is perfectly placed between city and coast. Transport links connect Armstrong Creek to Melbourne in the form of Barwon Heads Road and nearby Marshall Railway Station with railway upgrades on the horizon.
