 THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA WILL APPLY  

  • Available for ‘Brand New’ home purchases only
  • Purchase must be made through a ‘FHBA New Homes’ referral partner
  • Finance (First Home Loan) must be arranged through FHBA Mortgages (exceptions may apply)
  • Available for any type of ‘Brand New’ home – townhouse, apartment & freestanding house
  • The FHBA 50 Rebate is paid in addition to your State’s FHOG & Stamp Duty concessions
  • Complimentary Insurance Consultation with FHBA Protect
  • The ‘New Home’ purchase must proceed to settlement
How much is it?

How much is it?

Eligible first home buyers (as per the Eligibility Criteria) will be entitled to a 50% Rebate on all Commissions/Referral Fees paid to First Home Buyers Australia (FHBA Pty Limited)

It will typically range from $2,500 to $12,000 depending on the Referral Fees paid by the developer/builder/FHB specialist.
