Only minutes from central Melton, Seventh Bend is a brand new community where buyers can enjoy urban living in a natural setting. It's where urban life meets park life.
Seventh Bend will offer residents an idyllic balance of manicured green spaces with the rugged natural beauty of creeks and landscapes, along with the urban energy of a thriving township at its door. Its natural Australian setting, moments from central Melton, makes Seventh Bend perfect for people who value a healthy and connected life; with everything you'd expect from modern living.
Seventh Bend lets you live your life the way you like. With existing amenity right at your doorstep, you can still be in the centre of Melbourne in under 45 minutes. But with access to the Western Freeway, you have the freedom to jump in your car and go wherever the roads take you. Closer to home, Seventh Bend is a natural extension of Melton, with its urban energy and existing community, making this a truly connected location. Neighbouring areas also have established healthcare, sporting facilities and retail, so the amenity you would expect from a modern community is already established around you. This isn't a future promise, it's a reality of buying into an affordable development this close to town.
Seventh Bend is an accessible entry point to building your own home without compromising on the social, health and physical benefits of an urban life. With easy access to central Melton and Melbourne City, there's a sense of connectedness that few communities can boast.
This development offers exceptional value for money. With so many flat lots available, Seventh Bend is also perfect for building, eliminating the costs associated with difficult sites. Seventh Bend presents an opportunity to create liveable homes in an unbeatable location and makes for a sensible investment in your future.
Seventh Bend is a place where you can socialise outside, where the extent of your life isn't limited by your backyard fence. While Seventh Bend is an extension of a township, it also has many natural features that young adventurers are looking for, from established waterways and prominent rock formations, to towering gums and open space.
Other land developments are forced to invest in manufacturing ponds, parks and greenery, but they're always just an approximation of reality. Seventh Bend has genuine natural features — with all the wildlife, adventure and health benefits that go with them. In other words, you get the real thing.
At the same time, Seventh Bend is investing in making the most of these natural features, developing infrastructure around the existing natural landscape, adding two soccer fields and an intended playground. Running the length of the Eastern boundary, you have direct access to the magical Toolern Regional Park. If watersports are more your thing, the open expanse of the Exford Weir is just to the west of the community. Jump in the kayaks and quietly explore its natural beauty or get out the waterskis and ramp up the fun. With some of the best fishing around, you can also while away the hours on the banks of the weir, and maybe even land a fish or two.
Whether you're hunting out the next adrenaline fix, or just getting closer to nature, Seventh Bend is a place you can gather with friends and family, enjoy drinks under the Red Gum trees and live a more connected life.
