Central to the north and right near the CBD. Connected by tram, train, bus and bike trail, something new will never be far away.
Where things connect and intersect, it always feels like something's just around the corner. Culture, creativity, community, and the sense it's all connected, to be here is to be right in the middle.
Sydney Road is one of the southern hemisphere's longest shopping strips. It stretches from grungy pubs to cafés, vintage shopping and authentic ethnic food. Multicultural at heart and still with original grit, this street just keeps on giving. Good thing you can take a tram.
Over on Lygon Street the benefits of being central keep coming. Packing in boutique shopping, cosy bars and almost endless dining options, flavours range from urban to artisanal to your more distinguished local. By tram or by foot, you won't go far before finding what you're after. There's always another creative space or fascinating place. CERES Community Environment Park is part sustainability centre part social enterprise, and an all-in amazing place to hang out or get involved.
It's all at your doorstep, with more just beyond. Melbourne CBD is a quick trip by public transport or pushbike. The charms of Northcote, Carlton and Fitzroy sit right next door. The Capital City Trail is your green lane for biking it to Merri Creek, Yarra Bend and more.
Community, cultural intensity and a whole lot of energy. You feel here that it all comes together. You feel like you're central to it all.
Public transport choices include tram, train and bus. Bike paths link green spaces, and parks are in healthy supply. Extensive road connections have easy major freeway access including the Eastern Freeway and Citylink. With universities, hospitals and local schools close by, you're in the middle of it all in the inner north.
Designed to be premium, yet created to be affordable, these apartments are tuned in to where you want to be. Each apartment offers a car park to add to the ease.
