Created in honour of the area’s historical lineage, the residences introduce new opportunities to one of Melbourne’s liveliest and most exciting suburbs.
Conceived by project architects Pitch AD, a concept emerged combining the industrial past of Kensington with a warehouse aesthetic inspired by New York style lofts.
A primary façade is formed through arched brickwork motifs. Beyond it, seamlessly, is an atrium with expertly composed landscape design.
The interiors strike a balance between spaces that are aesthetically pleasing as well as practical. Consistent in all residences are the generous ceilings, higher in comparison of standard apartment developments – creating a great sense of volume and dimension.
Just four kilometres from the CBD, the future of the area, and more specifically the Arden precinct, will build upon already established transport links, introduce new urban boulevards, open and provide greater access to the Melbourne CBD.
Kensington is en route to becoming even more connected to the CBD via the Arden Urban Renewal. The precinct is set to become a destination hub for innovation and technology, with its own civic heart and character.
Already under construction, the new Metro North Melbourne station will easily connect residents and businesses to Melbourne University and the CBD.
ocated in the heart of lively Kensington, Lt Hardiman Lofts are ideally positioned to access the best of the surrounding area’s established food, lifestyle and connectivity.
The multicultural flavours of Melbourne are strongly seen throughout the streets of Kensington, where cravings for an aromatic bowl of laksa, indulgent tacos and classic pizza.
Kensington is an area where locals are proud of their slice of the city – a gem still rather undiscovered, surprising considering all it has to offer and its unbelievable proximity to the city centre.
