Caboolture is an urban centre or satellite city approximately 44 kilometres north of Brisbane, the state capital of Queensland. Caboolture is considered to be the northernmost urban area of the greater Brisbane metropolitan region within South East Queensland, and it marks the end of the Brisbane suburban commuter railway service along the North Coast railway line.
 
Transport
 
Caboolture is a regional transport hub. With its connections across the Great Dividing Range via the D'Aguilar Highway, easy highway access to Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast via the Bruce Highway, and the Bribie Island Road to Bribie Island, it is a focal point for road traffic.
 
Caboolture railway station is the terminus for QR Citytrain's Caboolture railway line, as well as being a major stop on the North Coast railway line. Citytrain operates regular services to Brisbane, in addition to interurban services to Nambour and Gympie, with significant expansion of services north of Caboolture planned over the next decade. The area is serviced by two bus companies, Caboolture Bus Lines and the larger Kangaroo Bus Lines.

Schools in Caboolture include Caboolture State School near the CBD, Minimbah State School, Tullawong State School, Caboolture East Primary School, Saint Paul's Lutheran Primary School and Australian Christian College - Moreton.   • Available for ‘Brand New’ purchases only; including townhouses, apartments & freestanding houses

  • Purchase must be made through one of FHBA’s partner’s or a new property provider approved by FHBA

  • Your ‘first home loan’ must be arranged through FHBA Mortgages (exceptions may apply)

  • The FHBA 50 Rebate is paid in addition to your State’s First Home Owners Grant & Stamp Duty concessions

  • Complimentary Insurance Consultation with FHBA Protect to ensure you are protected

  • You must agree to the full terms and conditions outlined in our client agreement new homes service before buying

Eligible FHBA first home buyer clients will be entitled to a 50% cash rebate on the total referral fees paid to FHBA (FHBA Pty Limited) from the new home provider you proceed with (should FHBA have a referral agreement with the provider)

The FHBA 50 Rebate will typically range from $2,500 to $12,000 depending on factors such as the property type, property location and property builder.

The rebate will be paid after the full referral fees are received by FHBA from the new homes provider first
