Fernbrooke Ridge is the Western Corridors natural gem. Conveniently located just 32 kilometres south-west of Brisbane and 9 kilometres east of Ipswich. Fernbrooke Ridge finds the balance between being connected and having access to open space and recreation facilities, while enjoying current and future planned amenity.
As well as being one of the emerging projects in the Western Corridor, Fernbrooke Ridge is also a community that helps people connect and you really feel like you belong. With peaceful pockets of nature, you can belong to a community that has wide open spaces, nature parks, a dog park, open air gym and walking tracks.
Living at Fernbrooke Ridge is all about leading a healthy life with your family. Upon completion, the community will have 14 hectares of open space, including parks and a sports oval.
Tree-lined streets are set to create a safe close-knit community, with plenty of street lighting and an integrated network of walking and cycle paths to reduce the use of cars.
Sports and Recreation
As a Fernbrooke Ridge resident, you’ll be able to enjoy our planned recreation areas including a sports oval, hike and bike trails and exercise circuits with outdoor exercise equipment. All of our parks will be WiFi accessible too.
Our dog park provides a place for your four legged friends to run and play.
The sports oval at Fernbrooke Ridge is a great place to kick a ball, throw a Frisbee or for an impromptu game of cricket. Plus, the Redbank Plains Recreation Reserve is only a short drive away, catering for team sports such as soccer, rugby and cricket.
Hike and bike trails are walk away in White Rock – Spring Mountain Conservation Estate.
There are multiple transport options to get to and around the Fernbrooke Ridge community including easy access by car to both the Cunningham and Centenary Highways.
Regular train services depart Springfield and Springfield Central stations stopping at all stations to the Brisbane CBD. The timetable extends the current Richlands services to provide more than 580 train services between Springfield Central and Brisbane's CBD each week. Other key features of the new timetable:
